From Raw Surface to Living Art
Every ATRIA microcement surface is hand-crafted in 5 precise steps. No shortcuts. No compromises.
Surface Preparation
Diamond Grinding / Leveling
The existing surface is assessed, cleaned, and leveled. For tiles, we grind with diamond discs to create a rough bonding surface. For concrete, we repair cracks and level imperfections.
Primer Application
Atriafloor Primer — 100-150 g/m²
Specialized bonding primer is rolled onto the prepared surface. This creates the chemical bridge between the substrate and the microcement system. Must cure 12-24 hours.
Base Coat (Rasante)
Atriafloor Rasante One — 2 kg/m² x 2 coats
Two coats of cementitious skim coat with synthetic polymers are hand-troweled. This builds the structural foundation — filling grout lines, creating uniform density, and providing the mechanical strength for foot traffic.
Microcement Finish
SuperTitanium BC — 1.2-1.5 kg/m² x 2 coats
The star of the system. Two ultra-thin coats of polyurethane resin with crushed dolomite are applied with a steel trowel. Each stroke creates the unique, one-of-a-kind surface pattern. This is where art meets engineering.
Protective Topcoat
New Atriapol Antibacterial — 80-100 g/m² x 2 coats
Two coats of transparent polyurethane sealer lock in the finish. Waterproof, stain-resistant, and walkable within 48 hours. The surface is now protected for 15-25+ years of daily use.
